Dr. Dawn Arnold

Optometric Physician

Dr. Dawn Arnold is a graduate of Albright College and the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Arnold is an Optometric Physician licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists in the treatment and management of ocular diseases. She is President of NJSOP (New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians) and has been in practice since 1991. Dr. Arnold has been successfully fitting complex contact lens patients for the past 30 years. Those people who have keratoconus, corneal grafts, or other traumatic corneal eye diseases have improved their visual acuity or cosmetically masked their disability with contact lenses. She has also successfully slowed down the progression of myopia in children with ortho-k.

She has helped those patients with dry, gritty eyes to see and feel better with the newest technologies available today. Dr. Arnold has a son named Myles and a Havanese dog named Zeus.

Dr. Rich Orsini

Optometric Physician

Dr. Richard Orsini was born and raised in New York. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and completed his undergraduate degree at Caldwell University in New Jersey. He is continuing his career, here, in Union, at NJ Vision. “As someone who has relied on glasses and contact lenses for over half my life, I understand what it is like to be a patient in the chair. As a passionate provider I take pride in assuring my patients are happy with their vision.” He particularly enjoys fitting contact lenses for all vision impairments in both children and adults. Every patient is different with their own unique eye care needs. For each of my patients my goal is to listen and design an individual treatment plan to arrive at the best possible optical result while treating the underlying causes of eye disease.

In his free time he enjoys working out, snowboarding in the winter, and watching the Yankees (unsuccessfully) try to win a world series.

Gwen Yvette Alston

Front Desk Administrator

Gwen has only been in the Eye Care business for over 2 years but has been a tremendous addition to our Family. She has become very knowledgeable in the Eye Care Field and is always ready to assist. She keeps us all entertained daily with her admiration for a vast array of music with her singing. She definitely keeps us all on our toes. Speaking of toes, Gwen worked next door at the Foot Care Center for many years before joining our team. I guess you can say, she started from the bottom and is now at the Top.

Vanessa Garzon

Receptionist/Optometric Technician

Vanessa Garzon has been in the eyecare business for many years and strives to explain to all of our patients the various eye tests that are performed. She stands ready to assist and answer any questions you may have. Vanessa loves Salsa dancing, mountain biking, and her son, Emmanuel.

Director of Hospitality

Zeus is a purebred hypoallergenic Havanese that has been coming to work since he was 8 weeks old. He will greet you warmly and keep you entertained during your visit.
